Gränslandet - The borderland

In the borderland there, everything is calm.

The colors, sounds and long bright days of summer are over for this time. The crackling colors of autumn that take our breath away - are over.

The trees may seem bare and dull. But really they are resting. They rest to gather new strength. The birds' rush hour is over or they have just left Sweden for the winter.

Winter's beautiful clothes on nature have not yet arrived. The one who covers the lake and lets the fish rest in peace. The time when we are out taking in the winter country.

But we are still in the border country - and it's just quiet and peaceful.

Let us take the opportunity to rest - as nature does.
